Wines I wanted to make. Choices I stand by.

After so many years visiting wineries, I wanted to take part in the choices behind a bottle. Which combinations would I want to taste? How far would my curiosity take me? Rhenus gave me room to look for those answers.

I am drawn to unconventional combinations and to testing an idea that still has to prove itself. Listening to those who know the craft is part of that process. So is tasting, comparing and rethinking decisions.

That is how I understand a signature wine: someone gets involved in the choices and takes responsibility for the result. I want to recognize in each wine the intention that led me to create it.

My direction is to seek the minimum intervention needed to preserve that identity. That freedom demands care and clarity toward whoever will drink it: telling what was done, why we chose that path and what to expect from that bottle.
