Rhenus Winery

Privacy policy

Last updated: 28 September 2026

This page explains what data Rhenus Winery receives when you use the site, what it is used for, and what you can ask for at any time.

Who looks after your data

Rhenus Winery, in Santa Ana, Peralillo, Colchagua Valley, Chile. [Placeholder: registered company name and tax ID.]

What we receive

Only what you write in the booking and inquiry forms, and the minimum the browser reports:

  • Name, email and phone.
  • The date, time and number of people in the request; for the Rhenus Wine Lodge, the check-in and check-out dates.
  • Dietary restrictions and notes, when you write them.
  • The page language and, if you arrived from an ad or link, where the visit came from.

Payment data

The site does not receive or store card numbers. When online payment is switched on, it will happen entirely on Webpay, by Transbank, which handles that data.

What we use it for

To answer and organise your visit, and nothing beyond that:

  • Confirm availability, date and time.
  • Talk to you about the booking, before and after.
  • Prepare the experience according to what you told us.
  • Meet legal and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

Only those who need to take part in the booking: the messaging or email service the request arrives through, the company that hosts the site and, once online payment is live, Transbank (Webpay).

We do not sell or hand over your data for third-party advertising.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to handle the booking and to meet the legal obligations that come from it. [Placeholder: retention period to be defined with the winery.]

What you can ask for

At any time you can ask for access to your data, correction of anything wrong, deletion, or that we stop using it. Just write to the contact at the end of this page.

In Chile these rights come from Law No. 19,628 on the protection of private life. If you are in Brazil or the European Union, the rights under the LGPD and the GDPR also apply.

Cookies and what stays in your browser

The site uses no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. What stays in your browser is the minimum for the site to work: the confirmation that you are of legal drinking age and a mark that the entry screen has already appeared during this visit.

Changes to this policy

If this text changes, the last-updated date at the top changes with it. The version published here is the one that applies.
